Election to the Members of Board of Directors of NAFED on May 21st May 2024
Consequent upon the appointment of the Returning Officer and Assistant Returning officer dated 08th December 2023 and 20th December 2023 respectively of Ministry of Cooperation, Office of Cooperative Election Authority, New Delhi in exercise of powers conferred under Section 45K(1) of the Multi-State Cooperative Societies(MSCS) Act,2002 as amended by the Multi-State Cooperative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2023 (11 of 2023) dt.03-08-2023, w.e.f 03.08.2023 read with Rule 19F(a) of The Multi-State Co-operative Societies Rules, 2002 (as amended vide GSR 591(E), dtd.04.08.2023, w.e.f.04.08.2023), a Special General Body Meeting of the National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd (NAFED) will be held on 21st May, 2024 (Tuesday) and the polling , if necessary, will take place between 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM at NCUI Auditorium, 3 Siri Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg, Khel Gaon Road, Hauz Khas, New Delhi-110 016 to elect the members of the Board of Directors followed by the elections of the office bearers in the meeting of the newly constituted Board on 22nd May, 2024 at 10.00 AM onwards.
